Don’t have email address?

I’m hoping someone can help me with this. I have another wordpress account. It was set-up with an email address that I lost when changed internet providers. I can’t find anyway to recover the account or get support without that email address as any transaction ID, or original set-up info was all sent to that old email address at the time and back then I didn’t two step authentication was not as common. So I simply don’t know what to do and hoping someone else may have run into this before? The site has my photos and name all over it, and it seems I have no options to recover without the old email address but surely this must happen at times?

Note: I was the one who posted the question above. I had said the blog address I need help with was a different one and couldn’t ask from there as I need help recovering it, and I noted which blog is was about but for some reason it listed my main blog. This does happen all the time, but unfortunately, if you’re unable to provide verification of ownership, we won’t be able to give you access to the site.
The only verification we can accept are items of information that are completely unique to a specific account. Something like your name or picture appearing on the site is neither unique, nor specific to the account/site, as that’s essentially “public” information that anyone could have added to any site, so we can’t use that to verify ownership.
