Don’t have presentation on my menu

I want people to be able to subscribe to my blog to get email updates and found this article.
I’ve found a few tutorials like the one below that tell me to click on ‘presentation’ on my dashboard but I don’t have this option. Is this only avialable for wordpress.org?

Also, for future reference, consider linking your name to your blog; it is easier for forum people to help you that way. Go into your dashboard -> users -> your profile -> then scroll down to ‘contact info’. In the spot where it says ‘website’ fill in the address of your blog and save the changes.

You can’t create your own widget. You can only use the widgets in your dashboard.
@sweetchops – please provide a link to your wordpress.COM blog. And consider linking your user name to your blog as explained in the sticky, 8 Things, at the top of the forum.
