Dont have "Theme Editor" button in administration … why ?

  Hello,

  I want to edit WorldPress’s php files, but I do not have the button “Theme Editor” in the administration >> Appearance … How to bring up the button?

  You can’t edit PHP files on freehosted WordPress blogs.
