don't know how to access 'toolbox'

  I need to put in order new tabs I created, need to give them roper order. for the life of me I cannot find how to access ‘toolbox’. help…

  Are you referring to the WP Admin Dashboard? You can access this by adding /wp-admin/ to the end of your website address. For example, http://lamerica.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
