  Well, you will need to have a site first so that you can post on it.

  And when you do get a site, you might want to look at this page: https://wordpress.org/support/article/writing-posts

  You can sign up for a free WordPress blog here: https://wordpress.com/start/domains

  There are many paid and free options — just read the details closely. The free options are sometimes not easy to find. Or go for the paid options if that makes sense :)

  Once you have signed up you can start posting.
