Don't know username or password for FTP

  I’m trying to upload a theme that I downloaded. I downloaded FileZilla to help me do so, but I can’t figure out the Host, Username or Password. I think my username and password are correct, but not the host.

  Could it be because my site is still 1yellowpage1.wordpress.com instead of just .com with my own domain?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no FTP access to free blogs being free hosted by wordpress.COM on this multiuser blogging platform. We cannot upload plugins or themes into them.
