Don't know where to look at and edit CSS

Another user here described himself as “a CSS noob,” and so am I! I tried to use Firebug to look at the CSS for the first page of my new blog, but all I saw was info about various fonts, and none about images. Am I looking for the code in the wrong place? Thanks!!

No, you aren’t, Firebug is a good tool to use, I use it all the time. What you have to do is to “inspect” the element you are looking for and it will bring up the relevant HTML and CSS for that element. The inspect button is the one toward the left end of the FB toolbar that looks like a rectangle with an cursor. After clicking that, run your mouse up to the element you wish to know about and then it will highlight. When it does, click and FB will take you to whatever CSS is controlling that element’s positioning and styling.

Don’t be afraid to ask about things here either. I can help you get started. Just let me know what you are wanting to do, and I’ll be more than happy to help out and explain how I did things.
