    I have had it. I run a business and even the smallest error in plugins/extensions/software/etc. can mean a whole day or morning wasted (like now) trying to fix it. WooCommerce Shipping hasn’t worked right since I’ve used it. The shipping label dares are off and are randomly chosen by the extension (ridiculous) The “create shipping label” button IS NOT THERE when you create a new only. Seems to only show if the order came in from an actual checkout-purchase (ridiculous) You also cannot use this extension unless you install the HEAVY LAGGY plugin Jetpack (ridiculous, and I hate Jetpack) Now this morning, I cannot even print shipping labels anymore. Why? Well after several hours in chat with extra clueless “WooCommerce Support” They found out that the geniuses over at WordPress.org has blocked my account (why? I don’t know) and I need to contact them and have them unblock it. They did this and didn’t notify me, or instruct me to call/email them to get it unblocked. Nothing! Real professional. Then there is ZERO SUPPORT from WordPress.org After the hundreds of dollars that I’ve spent already on postage and this buggy plugin/ext., I get sent to a public forum to post info about my ACCOUNT that should be private. I am done with this. I’ll never again use these products and I am going to see if I can get a refund. You all need to stay in your own lane, and leave the shipping software/plugins to those that can actually create functional ones, and provide professional customer support!

    You are complaining in the wrong forum as this forum is for sites running on the wordpress.com platform. According to https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=www.isis.gold your site uses the open source wordpress.org. their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. Forums for Jetpack are at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/.

    If you had READ my post, and comprehended the English I wrote (typos and all)… You’d know, it wasn’t about Jetpack. And that same useless link you posted, was what landed me HERE. Please be silent. You’re obviously just as clueless as WordPress non-support
