Don't Receive SMS of 2FA

  HI Support Team,

  I setup 2FA to login by SMS. However, WordPress has never sent any SMS for me, so I cannot to login in WordPress.com site.

  I still keep my phone number here but I don’t have backup codes or authentication application, so it’s still blocked me.

  Could you please help me?

  Judging by the site connected to your WordPress.com account it looks like you’re using the open-source WordPress software and therefore you need to seek help at these forums:

  No. I try to log in with WordPress.com account only (there is no any related to WordPress.org) and now I’m not able to logged in again because SMS does not send to my phone number

  Note: I created this account WordPress.com account to create this question for my problem only.

  Hi there,

  I see that our system has sent many SMS codes to your phone. If you haven’t changed your phone number I suggest contacting your provider and ask them If they’re blocking SMS messages from WordPress.com.

  I’ve contacted provider and they said don’t block sms from WordPress.com. So do you have any suggestion or ideas to help me login in my account?
