Don’t received the refund

    Hi! Can I raise my concern about the refunded still not yet return to my account and it’s been over 10 days already.

    Hi there,

    I checked our system and saw that we processed the refund back on 2/13 and today would mark the 10th business day. The funds were released back to your bank on the 13th and they are no longer with us. I would definitely contact your bank if you still have not received the refund.

    Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.
