I don’t remember how to edit/update the pages on my wordpress site.
Help!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There are a couple of ways to take care of this. For your theme, if you are logged in, you should see a small link at the bottom of each post or page that says “edit” if you click on it, you will go to a page where you can update the post.
The other way is to go to https://wordpress.com/my-blogs/. Once you are logged in you will see your blog listed. The first link under your blog name is “Dashboard” Click there to get to the backend of your blog where you can edit/update to your hearts content.
