Don’t see three dots next to header or footer in newly created pages
-
Hi. Starting to build a site with the Koinonia theme. When I create a new page, it uses the default subpage header. I’d like to replace it with another header pattern, but when I hover over it in list view, there’s no three-dots link (same for the footer). It’s like it’s been locked in some way? I can’t find a Koinonia support forum here and a question I left for the developer’s forum at WordPress.org so far has not gotten a response. Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Theme authors can lock patterns and template parts by default so that they aren’t changed by accident. Patterns that are provided with themes are locked by default, but they can be copied and then customized via the Site Editor as described here: https://wordpress.com/support/template-part-block/
However, it sounds like maybe you have the option turned on to “Show template” under your page template settings. You can find that setting here:

To edit the elements of your template, you’ll need to choose the option to Edit template from that section. I hope this helps!
