don't understand / cant find Melbourne connect on their site

Your domain name, deanlaneproductions.com, is registered through Melbourne IT. It looks like it was renewed about a month ago, and it should remain registered through Jan 25, 2015.
Your domain is no longer pointing to your WordPress.com website, however, so to get that working you’ll need to contact Melbourne IT’s support department and let them know you’d like them to add these DNS records:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM NS2.WORDPRESS.COM NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello, In order to have your WordPress.com site, deanlaneproductions.wordpress.com, mapped with your custom domain, deanlaneproductions.com, you must complete the Domain Mapping process.
Everything is set up at WordPress.com, but the next steps of the mapping process need to take place at your registrar: http://www.melbourneit.com/.
If you’re confused about the process, please take a look at this link:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/Make sure you watch the short, instructive video on that page. It will give you guidance in the process.
I hope this helps! Best wishes to you.

Good morning. If I originally purchased my premium wordpress account from your office. How is my account now registered with Melbourne? There is no contact information for Melbourne’s IT department. Please help.

Hi again,
On June 18, 2011, you first purchased Domain Mapping from WordPress.com, but you already owned the domain name, deanlaneproductions.com/. You did not register it with us.
I see that the domain is currently in redemption. When you allow your domain name to lapse with your registrar, it goes into a period of redemption. During this period, your original registrar probably put your domain name up for auction and it was purchased by Melbourne IT. So, they currently own that domain name now.
If you want to regain that custom domain, you should contact them directly via the information in the link below. It is possible that you can purchase the domain back from them.
Here is the public information about your domain:
http://reports.internic.net/cgi/whois?whois_nic=deanlaneproductions.com&type=domainBecause your domain wasn’t registered with us, I can’t help further with this part of the process.
I did remap your site, in the meantime. It can be viewed at:
http://deanlaneproductions.wordpress.com/Once you settle the issue with your domain, just let us know and we can reconnect the mapping which expires June 17, 2014.
Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks much.

ok — I still do not understand, as I’ve paid annually to U no matter who owned domain name…& Melbourne has no way to contact them, even the links u give, send u all around in circles still with no viable information to takes this…But this is not simple, it’s a pain in the ass!!
instead, as a wordpress customer in good standing, here’s what I’d like to do: I’ve checked & ((first choice)) – “deanlaneproductions.tv” -&- ((2nd choice)) – “deanlaneproductions.net” domain names are/seem to be available.
I’d like to open a new wordpress account: both mapping domain & registrar info all in one place with u guys & go from there…
since there’s no way to contact wordpress by phone any more, not exactly sure how I’m to do that…so please explain to me…& make it simple, please, please, please. This is holding me up big time…
please advise…thanx Dean
