  I just ask this that when wordpress .com gave us CSS feature so why is it not working I know that it’ll work on upgrade but why did give us? this is my question :(

  If I remember correctly, that is an option in WordPress admin –> Appearance –> Customize –> CSS.

  What are you trying to customize on your site?

  Dear I know Appearance –> Customize –> CSS. But it does not work .
