DONT WANT ACCOUNT – STILL GETTING CHARGED

This is so frustrating. I set up my WordPress account for a business which I didnt get to launch (long story) anyway regardless I havent used the account in months, barely even set it up with anything and I get an eail being like we will charge you $130 in a month. So I freaked out and have been trying to cancel it somehow but it wont let me. 1. You can’t delete an account, okay, if thats what you want to do sure but YOU NEED TO LET PEOPLE CANCEL THE PAYMENTS. 2. They keep directing me to pages to stop the payments and take off auto payment setting or something but of all of the pages on WordPress, somehow it is only those pages that wont load. I need to cancel it, I am a uni student and really dont need to be paying that kind of money for something I am not using let alone this stress! 3. Why the hell is the only help I can find some stupid public forum. Like I dont want to make this public and shame WordPress but they are literally forcing me too… Does anyone have a number to call or a direct email to someone who can help? Even just some guidance but like I said the pages to cancel payments wont load… They just say they are loading and nothing happens. Sorry for the rant, obviously stressing, PLEASE HELP. Sincerily, annoyed customer.

PS – is there a custom domain name associated with the charges? If so what is the custom domain name? That will help the staff figure out where or what the charges are for
$130.- is an odd number for a WordPress.COM charge unless you have several upgrades

I hope this won’t be a case of too many cooks but … Automattic Inc. owns WordPress.com and other products too likes Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. That’s is why chrisrudzki, Staff has requested your send a copy of your receipt.
