Don't want BG image on Piano Black

  I am retired and not really that good with WordPress but can find my way round. I’ve uploaded a BG image to my welcome page now when I create a new page it is on that too which I do not want. I only want the BG image on that initial welcome page. Is that possible please?

  The short answer is no, but you can if you purchase the Custom Design upgrade, which will allow you to edit the underlying CSS code.

  If you want to continue, here is what you need to do:
  Once you have the upgrade, you would open the image you want to use in Dashboard>Media>Library. Then copy the File URL from the ‘Save’ box in the upper right. You would enter this code in the editor:
  body.page-id-1 {background-image: url ('URL');}
  pasting your File URL where I put URL in the above code. This puts that image on the front page of your site and allows you to put another background on the other pages using Dashboard>Appearance>Background
