Don't want blog on-line yet – Question

  I just signed up for wordpress today and it immediately published my page. Is there anyway to have my page not available to the public yet? I have a lot of work to do on it before I wanted it to go live on line. Please advise.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes you can change your blog visibility settings to private and then change them back when you are ready for the site to go live.

  Tell me Timethief – is it best to go live immediately and work it out as you go or would you recommend the investment of time to set-up the blog first? I am torn.
