Don't want Blog Page

  I have created a home (about) page and one additional page. I would like to use the home/about page as the landing page as I am not interested in the blog. How can I rearrange things so that when anyone clicks on this link https://wordpress.com/pages/katepownall.wordpress.com, it opens directly into my about/home page: https://wordpress.com/page/katepownall.wordpress.com/1

  Hi there,

  Under your dashboard, you can go to Settings > Reading, set your front page to a static page, and then choose the front page you want.
