don't want blog to appear in body of email when followers get email of new post

  When I publish a new blog, the email followers receive shows the whole blog in the body of the email but it’s not in the nice format that the blog is in if you choose to click the link in the email. Some people don’t know to click the link and just assume what they are seeing is the blog, so it doesn’t look as nice as it would if they clicked the link. Can you hide the actual blog posting in the body of the email so it makes them click on the link to the actual blog?

  You can change the settings to only send an extract via email. Go to Settings ->Reading in your dashboard. Next to the heading, For all articles in a feed show: select Summary. Save settings. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/reading-settings/
