@lenesheartsong, the border is due to the fact that the image in your post is linked to the original image file and this them uses a border for linked images. Open the post for edit, and switch to the HTML tab and in the image link, add “border: none;” (without the quote marks) after the “height=”398” as I have below:
<a href="http://www.csbjb.com/img/closed2.gif"> <img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-266" width="326" height="398" border: none; alt="" src="http://lenesheartsong.files.wordpress.com/2008/09/closed2.gif?w=326&h=398" title="closed2"/> </a> -

You can also do this by clicking on the image in the post, then clicking on the image edit button (upper left) and then click on the “advanced settings” tab at the top of the window that opens.
In the “CSS Class” field, add “border: none;” to the end of the string that is in that putting a space between the last one that was there and the beginning of the “border: none;”.

Hmmm, I just rechecked and border: none; did it for me. Oh well, the important thing is they are gone.
