Don't want domain to redirect to primary. Need unmapped to put on new blog.

  Bought a new domain but didn’t know it would redirect to the primary. I just now canceled it, but I assume I can probably just get it right back. When I tried to “make a new blog” using the domain (I do not want http://www.ashleemcnicol.com to redirect to http://www.ashleemcnicolbooks) but I want them both live), it said it was mapped to a different WordPress. Help? D:

  When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads.   Howdy,

  You currently have two domains:

  * ashleemcnicol.com; will expire on December 14th, 2016
  * ashleemcnicolbooks.com; will renew 30 days before September 23rd, 2016

  Both are mapped to your site ashleemcnicolbooks.wordpress.com, with ashleemcnicolbooks.com as the primary domain. This means that both ashleemcnicol.com and ashleemcnicolbooks.wordpress.com will redirect to ashleemcnicolbooks.com.

  You say want the two domains to point to two different sites. To achieve this you will need to create a new site – you can do that here: https://wordpress.com/start/, making sure you are logged in first – then let me know the name of the new site and which domain you want associated with it. It doesn’t really matter what the new site is called as you will be using your own domain with it.
