Don’t want image to open on mouse click

  I don’t want a user to click on an image and have it expand. “Expand on click” is NOT selected, but the full image still opens.

  I was trying to find an image that expands on click but couldn’t locate one. If you could share a link to a page or post where this is happening, we can take a look.
