Dont want links in “Categories”

When I click on a category, the next page shows me links to the posts for that category.
(1) Is there any way I can change it so that when I click on a category, posts themselves appear, not just the links?
(2) Also, not all the posts for a category show up either. At the end of the page, it has me go to another page for “previous entries.”
I basically want all the posts for a category to show up on one page when I click on that category. Can this be done?

We don’t do that for performance and bandwidth reasons. You might have thousands of posts in a category, or very long posts.

Your first problem must be related to your theme? An other template/theme might solve that issue…
