Don't want Menu Parent item to display blank page

  Greetings,

  I have a Primary Menu with Sub-Menu items that looks like this:

  … … Elected Officials … …
  Federal
  State
  Local

  I only want to display a Page when I Click on “Federal”, “State”, or “Local”. These display fine. When I Click on “Elected Officials”, I get a blank Page to display.

  I would rather have nothing happen when I Click on “Elected Officials”.
