Don’t want my photos cropped

When I upload photos to my page http://kennyrodriguezphotography.com/
The photos get cropped on the right side. How can I prevent this from happening?

Upload the photos smaller, reduce their size using the image editor (click on the photo in Edit Post, then click on the mountain icon) or choose a theme which has a wider column for posts.

From what I was told recently by Staff, photos that are being linked from outside WordPress.COM are not automatically resized to fit your theme. Either upload the image to your WordPress.COM account and insert it via the Write Editor/Add Image button or link a smaller image from flickr.
The other option, as rain said, is to pick a theme that has a wider central column.
