Don’t want page to show near header

  I use the Bueno theme, and I want to create a page that does not show up on the list of pages near the header. I just want to link to the page from within a post, but not have it show up as one of my main pages along with About Me, etc. Is that possible? Thanks for your help.

  Create a custom menu and then put only the pages you desire into that custom menu.
