Don’t want to renew subscription. How do I stop auto billing?

    I’ve received notification that I’ll be automatically billed soon. I don’t want to renew. How do I discontinue service / not get charged again? Thank you.

    Hi erikaaspeelma,

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades through WordPress.com. Which site is due for renewal? Please don’t post any transaction details here, a site address is the only information I need for now.

    You could also try logging out of erikaaspeelman, then log back in using the email address your renewal reminder was sent to. The upgrade should be listed on the Manage Purchases page once you are logged into the correct account.
