Hi I don’t use my site any more I’d like to close it and get a refund if possible

Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.

HI Thanks Supernovia I’ve logged onto my account at theclimatemedia.net, If I am outside the normal window for refund can you help me anyway? I am 75 and have Parkinson’s disease so I don’t always remember everything I need to do!
Please let me know what to do next.

Also, I still don’t see charges on this account — though you are logged into the one you made the earlier thread with. Could you look up the charge using the secure form here?
