  hi ,could you please tell me ,why i can’t make a free blog domain in this account ?

  You can create a free site. Just make sure you’re not trying to register a custom domain and choose the free plan.
  If you need more help, we’ll need some more details. A screenshot of what you see on your end would be great. You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/) and paste the link into your reply.
