dots on all WP screens

    How can I get rid of these highly distracting white dots floating across the screen? Someone may have thought they were cute seasonal snowflakes, but they are extremely annoying and I want to turn them off and keep them off.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    To disable the snowflakes:
    * Go to your dashboard.
    * Navigate to Settings » General.
    * Check the box next to “Show falling snow on this blog.”
