dots under the images

I want to insert dots under the images to make it easier to navigate instead of using thumbnails.
Despite my research, I was not able to find an app to do this.
Would you have a lead please
    Thanks – Cedric Bayle

    Hi there!

Thanks for getting in touch. Taking a look now, the site flightinspiration.com looks to be a self-hosted site, which is hosted over at https://www.gandi.net

Here on the WordPress.com forums, we’re able to offer support for WordPress.com sites – but if you’d like some suggestions for customizing your site images, the best place to check on that is with your site host directly. You can find their direct support here: https://help.gandi.net/en/contact

If you clarify a little more on what you’d like the three dots underneath your images to do exactly, they may be able to offer some suggestions on plugins or other tools that will help.

    Thank you for your feedback.

Gandi is actually a hosting company that facilitates the installation of sites made with WordPress. They are mainly specialized in DNS management. In fact, I didn’t know that WordPress was also a hosting company.

This is to say that Gandi does not provide support for tools like WordPress. Gandi can help me with the installation of WordPress on their servers, that’s all.

Do you know where I can ask for help? Is there a general forum for WordPress users?Thank you for your help

Generally this is sometimes the case with self-hosted WordPress, and theme and plugin developers are really the support team and they can be found on the WordPress.org forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

To explain, there’s two types of WordPress. The first is WordPress.com, where we provide daily backups, automatic updates, a 24/7 support service and an optimised version of WordPress. The second is self-hosted WordPress, where the free open source version of the software is installed onto a server.

More on the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

It’s possible to migrate the site over to WordPress using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan, and these chapters explain what we can help with: https://wordpress.com/support?s=support&group_id=blog_id%3A9619154

    I hope this helps.
