Double ads 1 location

  Good day, I am trying to find out why I am seeing two identical twin ads in the same location on the bottom left corner of my pages. I am also trying to figure out how I can center the content on my pages as it seems that some invisible item is taking up space on the right side of my pages causing the Centering tool to compensate by centering to the left.

  In regard to my first question, is there any way for me to go in and select better placement for the ads while using a free WordPress account? Thanks in advance!
