Double billed

    I was charged twice for an upgrade that it doesn’t show I have. I do not want the upgrade either.

  • Hi @christinehkennedy, thank you for your patience while we further looked into the payment. I can confirm that there were indeed two payments, both for
    $48. We have issued two separate refunds for those charges.

    It can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. Please let us know if you do not receive the refund within that time frame.
