Double billed and dashboard says I still need to renew

I recently purchased a domain renewal along with a few other items. (total 25.00)
The first transaction said “error” and subscription was not completed..I tried again thinking I made an error and same message> (along with an error code that wordpress and Google found no meaning for)
I logged into my PayPal account and it shows I was double billed. ALSO on my dashboard, it STILL says I need to purchase a renewal or my account will be closed. Any ideas to get this resolved?? Appreciate any help I can get.

I’m not sure why that isn’t going through.
Unfortunately, we cannot put through a domain renewal on your behalf, but I have refunded one of the $25 charges and added $25 in credit to your account.
