Double billed, can't cancel either one

  When I renewed my upgrade early I believed it would cancel the automatic upgrade. Instead it created a double billing. Now it won’t let me cancel either of them. I only want one upgrade not two. Can you help with this?

  I checked your account and found only one charge of $20 for “10GB Space Upgrade”, you can see it going at:

  I wasn’t able to find any other transaction. Maybe, is it related to another account?

  About the “modlook” tag, actually it isn’t related to the topic subject, that’s used when the issue needs to be resolved by a staff member from WordPress.com. :)

  Thanks. I didn’t know that about the modlook.

  I checked my bank account and only one has gone through. I guess all is ok after all. Thanks for your help.
