Double billed for domain

  I received an email that said I’d be billed for my domain on 6/10/19. I already paid for my domain in May and I have an email with a receipt. How do I stop WordPress from double-billing me?

  Hi @leslieedenscopeland, I don’t see a recent charge on this account. Can you confirm the recent charge from May lists wpchrg.com on the statement, and that it was associated with this account?

  The one domain you had here was transferred elsewhere, so can you also confirm the email came from us?
