Double billed for Personal Bundle – Need Billing Contact Info

Hello, I was billed twice when I purchased the Personal Bundle. Can someone provide a phone number for WordPress billing so I can arrange for a refund? Many thanks!

Refunds have time limits. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

Thanks for the reply. This is within the 30 day frame and I was able to submit for refund for 1 charge, but there is still a 2nd charge (the double charge) which I can’t get rid of. Despite that there’s still this 2nd incorrect charge on my account, my plan is listed as “free” in the sidebar.

When you refunded the second payment, you also cancelled the plan, but the first payment wasn’t refunded.
Would you like me to refund that payment as well, or do you want me to restore the Personal Plan to your account instead? Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.

I’ve refunded the second charge as well. You can see a receipt for the refund with a transaction number on the billing history page:

You should receive the refund in about 10 business days.
