Double Billed, help!

  I got double-billed $18 for a .com site that isn’t the name and chose and still is wordpress.com. The site I wanted is rovspy.com and still in the “Billing History” section it said I payed Domain Registration and Domain Mapping for rovspy.com TWICE. I want a full refund of one of my double purchases, and I want rovspy.com, not rovspydotcom.wordpress.com or rovspydotcom1.wordpress.com.

  The staff tend to work these requests oldest to newest – so your posting back into the thread just made you the newest and back to the end of the line – being patient is a virtue on requests for staff help

  This really have to be a joke. My other private ticket was submitted +25 hours ago. I wasted all my Free Sunday calling Support. Still I don’t have my blog, my money back, or a .com domain. This is really incredible.

  Yes I know this pushed it up so don’t mention it again..
