Double Billing

I was billed twice for my upgrade. I do NOT wish to cancel my upgrade– I just want to have the second charge refunded. Also, I have just spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to JUST SEND YOU AN EMAIL. Everything leads me back to here–apparently I must post here to get any help.
Has it not occurred to any of you that I may not want to post private information about my account to the “Community,” that I just might want to be able to email you?

You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store -> My Upgrades section of your Dashboard
