double billing

    Hello, I have just chosen the personal formula for an amount of 48 euros, I made a payment by paypal but the site bugged at the time of payment so I started again but the same the site bugged again not leading to finalizing the subscription. I have been on my paypal account and I realize that I have been debited twice for 48 euros and that in addition I am still on the free formula. Would it be possible to refund me the 48 euros in excess and activate my personal account please?
