double blog.. ?!
-
I seem to have 2 blogs with 2 different password.. one is referring to me as “howdy Stephanie” (which is the good one with my portfolios in and everything). There is another one with no “howdy” but stephaniebeaulieu instead. This one has a different password and a lot of missing info. I am wondering how this is possible and get rid of the wrong one. Also, I received a bill from domain name Canada and was wondering if this double blog problem was related to it.
My web site is stephaniebeaulieu.com
Thanks !!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I see that you have one site (stephaniebeaulieudotcom.wordpress.com) with the custom domain: stephaniebeaulieu.com in this account. The domain: stephaniebeaulieu.com was registered through us, so if you have another domain name that you mapped to another WordPress.com site, please let me know! If you have another blog in another account, I can give you directions on deleting if you want.
Please note that a domain name is a name used to identify a particular website on the internet. Your site’s domain name is like your mailing address. Your domain exists independently of your site, so even if you cancel your domain, all the content on your site remains unchanged. Therefore, if anything were to happen to your domain (for e.g. you forget to renew it), you can still find all your content at stephaniebeaulieudotcom.wordpress.com as long as the primary domain is updated.
You can find more information about domains here.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Originally I started the project with .com (username:stephaniebeaulieuartiste) but a friend of mine finished it and is hosting me on his dreamhost server, which let me think I have a .org account (username:stephanie). This last one seem to be the good one but I am not able to delete the other one. It seems they have both stephaniebeaulieu.com mapped on them.. HELP !?
Here is the right one: http://stephaniebeaulieu.com/wp-admin/profile.php?wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2Fusers.php
The one I am contacting you with seem to be the wrong one but I cannot delete it.. since it has a domain attached to it..
Thanks !!!

Hi there,
I see what’s going on. You have a WordPress.com site and a WordPress.org site. Currently your domain: stephaniebeaulieu.com is registered through us at WordPress.com, but you are pointing the domain to your self-hosted site at WordPress.org using Dreamhost.
You cannot delete your WordPress.com site because you currently have a domain (stephaniebeaulieu.com) attached to it. Please do not cancel your domain because that would affect your WordPress.org site. I recommend just leaving your WordPress.com site alone, and only edit your WordPress.org site from here:
http://stephaniebeaulieu.com/wp-admin/profile.php?wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2Fusers.php
If you no longer want to be confused with WordPress.com, you can transfer your domain to another registrar. The guide below explains how to transfer the domain name to another registrar, including how to access the authorization (EPP) code:
Once you transferred your domain elsewhere you can delete your WordPress.com site.
