Double Charge

    Hello –

    I recently purchased a premium subscription and it appears that my credit card was charged twice.

    The charges are pending but they reference the same invocie number.

    I had to subsequently cancel the subscription but I want to make sure I will not be stuck with the second charge.

    Is this common and will the charge go away?

    Hello there!

    I’ve checked your account, and I want to assure you that there was no double-charge. We only processed one charge for $166.30, which you promptly cancelled and requested a refund for within two hours.

    It’s possible that your bank placed a temporary hold on that amount, but rest assured that it would have been replaced once the transaction cleared.

    From our end, we have only recorded one transaction, and we have refunded the full amount to you. However, please keep in mind that it might take approximately 7-10 days for the credit to appear in your bank account.
