Double charge

    I had to start from scratch because of a problem. (I was working with Trisha
    Trishia ( (email visible only to moderators and staff) ) But I already have an account and a domain. Also, somehow I am associated with http://undreamingblog.wordpress.com. I don’t know what this is. My one and only site is pleasantseffect.net hosted by bluehost.

    Is that account/website set up properly now?

    You are posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We’re a completely different company from Bluehost, and have no control at all over your site you have hosted with them.

    If you need help with a site hosted at Bluehost, please contact Bluehost support directly for help. For help with the WordPress software you’re using on that site, please ask the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    In this case you’ll want Bluehost support, as it sounds like you have a hosting issue, not a software one.
