Double charge

Hello I was charged a double charge of 96.00 I cancelled my subscription and would like a refund for the other one as well please.

It seems that you have renewed your Premium plan for one more year, that’s why the second charge. I have refunded it, as per your request.
Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.
In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
