double charge of 48.00 please explain the private domain

  I was charged 48.00 twice and I do not recall creating a private domain. Please explain or simply cancel all domains under my email address. I realize I am not ready to create my website just yet.

  The account shows a personal plan and a concierge support session were both purchased. Both of those have since been refunded in the full amount. It may take up to 10 days for the funds to reach you. Write back if any more help is needed.
