I was charged twice for 26.00. I would like to know why and get this resolved asap.

Note: Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products too likes Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to a the registered email address for each username account so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you.

I am not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. Could you have a different account? What site was the upgrade for?
