Double Charged

My credit card was charged twice for a domain upgrade. How do I get the second charge credited back to me?

Hello. I do not have another account. When I put in my credit card information it was under the dstokes222 account.

There are also no upgrades showing for the site thisislightlifedotcom.wordpress.com, nor do I see any record that thisislightlife.com has been registered through us or any other registrar.
It looks like your upgrade purchase may never have gone through. Please go to https://thisislightlifedotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php and try purchasing your domain from that page.

I have two credit card charges of $26 it appears on my account as WP-Fee.com. I was attempting to purchase the domain plus the privacy for the domain.
I would love to pursue the domain purchase but I would first like to get these two charges reconciled. Do you have any means of viewing the charges?

I do have two other blogs under my account they are:
l2living.wordpress.com and thisislightlife.wordpress.com
could the charges have possibly been applied to either of these? They are all under the dstokes222 account.

I’m sorry but I cannot find any transactions for your username, either blog, or your email address, and the domain was never registered.
If you have a transaction ID, I can search for that. Since PayPal is our payment processor, you should have received an email with a PayPal transaction ID for each transaction.

Alternately, you can contact PayPal directly to try to get a transaction ID:
1-888-221-1161 or 1-402-935-2050 (if calling from outside the U.S.)

* Name on card
* Amount and date of transaction
