double charged

on the 2nd of December I was double billed for a new premium account against my American Express card .. i was charged $99 twice. How do I get the account corrected?

After looking into your account, I found that you have currently three blogs with the WordPress.com Premium upgrade, but these two were both renewed in December 2013:
theoceanindardotorg.wordpress.com
and
theoceanindardotorg1.wordpress.com
If that is a mistake and you only want it on one blog, please let me know and I can provide you a full refund and remove the upgrade from the appropriate blog.

On December 3 of last year, I was trying to set up a domain named “theoceanindar.org” and opted for the premium service at a cost of $99. I saw that the system have given me a domain named “theoceanindardotorg.wordpress.com” which I did not want and I tapped the cancel command. Then I tried again to get what I wanted and got the same result the second time, and again canceled the order. At that point I gave up in frustration and went on with life but then saw on my credit card statement that I had been charged for both attempts, $99×2 or $198.Today I made another attempt and found myself billed another $99 which I immediately canceled.
My desire is to have one domain name “theoceanindar.org” to which I can link multiple blogs, e.g. “high tide.theoceanindar.org” or “ebb tide.theoceanindar.org” or “sailing.theoceanindar.org” Is that possible with WordPress or not?
At this point, I want to be sure that I get my money back from the charges for the December activity and that today’s activity is not charged.
Please understand me, I hope to use WordPress but I do not want to be charged for something I am not using nor want to use ….

As for the WordPress.com Premium upgrades on the two sites (theoceanindardotorg.wordpress.com and theoceanindardotorg1.wordpress.com), I have provided you full refunds on them and removed the upgrade from your account. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account. I have left the WordPress.com Premium upgrade on the site: theoceanindar.wordpress.com.
As for adding the domain to your site: theoceanindar.wordpress.com, you can do that by going to Store > My Domains in your Dashboard. Please click on the link that says “Register or Map a Domain Name”. Please enter the domain:
theoceanindar.org
and click Go. You will not have to pay for this domain as it is included in WordPress.com Premium. After you finish that you should be set with owning this domain name and mapping it to your site.
As for adding the subdomains: high tide.theoceanindar.org, ebb tide.theoceanindar.org, or sailing.theoceanindar.org – You can do this through this support guide.
