Double charged for service

  My billing lists two charges for both my domain mapping ($18) and custom design ($30) on April 9 and April 11. If this is the case, can these double charges please be removed.

  I’m sorry there was some sort of error that resulted in this double charge. If you wish to contact Staff about the charges you see on your statement, please use this form (which works even when the main contact form is closed): http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged

  Hi there!

  Our records indicate that you were correctly charged for both those upgrades. Could you please double check your Billing History? You can find it here and should only see one charge this year for both your domain registration and custom design upgrade:

  Can I ask if you were seeing the double charge through that page in WordPress.com or if you were seeing it on your bank statement? It may be the case that there was a bug in our system if you were seeing it through us. If you’re still seeing it on that page then just let me know and I’ll dig into things further.
