Double dates showing + front page/all posts advice needed
-
Hi,
Two things I need help with.
1) I would like my homepage to only show the six most recent posts. I would then want the link on the left called “The Journey” to feature ALL posts. How do I do this?
2) If you look on the homepage, you will see there are two date stamps at the bottom of each post. How do I resolve this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I would like my homepage to only show the six most recent posts. I would then want the link on the left called “The Journey” to feature ALL posts. How do I do this?
So for this, you can do like you’ve done and create a static page for the front page, and put just six posts on it using a blog posts block.
Then, under Customize > Homepage Settings, set The Journey to posts. That should show all posts for you.
2) If you look on the homepage, you will see there are two date stamps at the bottom of each post. How do I resolve this?
That is odd. It might be a bug between this theme and the posts block. I’ll need to do some testing and likely get a developer involved, but in the meantime do you want to just turn dates off on the block?

You bet. I was able to get a bug filed for this. Someone will likely update you here when that’s resolved. And I’ve confirmed it’s just between the blog posts block and your theme, so turning off dates on that will help for now.
Cheers!
